  I can't tell you how helpful your technicians/pharmacist were to me today. I have been having significant MRI's, EKG's, medical problems, so I forgot that my prescription for lantis insullin had expired, leaving me without insullin until I could receive a supply from my mail order pharmacy. My medical provider in Barneveld was supposed to call in a script, but by 3:00 p.m. they had not done so. Knowing that aI had no insullin for this night, your people went out of their way to contact the Barneveld office, and get said prescription. They didn't have to do this, but they did. I can't thank them enought for their help, keeping me safe and my diabetes under control. Thank you again.Sincerely, Maxene Gurdo
